We have worked hard to formulate recipes that are skin loving. Due to the handmade nature, the shape, weight, and coloring may vary from picture.The soaps, bathing salts, sugar scrubs, bath bombs, or shower steamers are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended in the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. This notice is required by the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.Allergy Test: We recommend you perform an allergy test for every product on a small patch of skin prior to using. We can not guarantee pure olive oil nor pure coconut oil since all products use the same equipment. All products are exposed to: Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Mango Butter, Kokum Butter, Cocoa Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, and Castor Oil. I have allergies myself and take them very seriously. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Right to Refuse: We have the right to refuse any order. We value our employees greatly and rudeness is never acceptable. Although mica powder is used for coloring, discoloring of tub/shower may occur. We recommend you wash tub/shower after each use.
Online orders for clothing placed on our website or Facebook can be returned for store credit ONLY. There are no refunds or exchanges on any soap/bath or beauty product. We strictly enforce this and will not make any exceptions. We will not issue any refunds back to the original method of payment. Once an order is placed with us, we are unable to cancel it for any reason. If you need it expedited or edited in any way please reach out to us and we can help you with that! Store credit will be issued via a coupon code that is able to be used on our website and never expires.ONLINE CREDIT MAY ONLY BE USED ONLINE. Shipping will not be refunded, you are responsible to ship the item to us. Final Sale ItemsAll sale items, daily deals or items purchased with a coupon code are final sales and can not be returned. If any of these items are sent back the item will be donated to a local charity. All Jewelry and Accessories (hats, scarves, earrings, tights, leggings, hair accessories, gift cards) can NOT be returned.
All clothing items must be in new condition with no smell of smoke, oils, deodorant, pet hair, or makeup. We cannot return or replace any items once they are worn are washed as we are not liable for damages that happen after items are worn or washed. We reserve the right to reject any return due to the above.
How long do I have to send an item back?
We understand that online shopping can be hard so we will allow you to return an unworn/unwashed item for store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be received to us with in the 14 days to be eligible for a store credit.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?It takes 8-10 days for us to process returns. You will receive a confirmation email with your store credit coupon code once it has been processed.Please keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.What do I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?In the case you have received a damaged or wrong item please contact us via Facebook messenger or at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged/incorrect item and we will send a replacement. Any order that is returned to Love & Grace, LLC because of an undeliverable address or after 3 failed attempts can be reshipped for an additional Shipping Charge equal to the original Shipping Charge of the order. Love & Grace, LLC will contact you for payment or your order will be refunded. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable in this event.
Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Please allow approximately 48-72 hours from receipt of order for shipment processing from our facility . Please allow for a minimum of 7 business days for delivery unless express/priority shipping is selected at checkout.
Love & Grace does not ship internationally; only to US addresses. Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in issues not covered by Love & Grace. If you use a package forwarding service to ship your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We will not provide a replacement or refund for any items or packages delivered to you from a freight forwarder. You should refuse any items or packages that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Any items lost after delivery to you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
